the first stop on our east coast road trip was scranton, pennsylvania to see luke's grandma.
she was super sweet, as always, and loved meeting mateo. she held him the entire time we were there, and never stopped looking at him. she kept saying he was a "toughie" (meaning strong) and "nosy" (meaning alert). it was great.
and mateo was a total charmer. he was in his happiest, most talkative and smiley state. he totally loved meeting his great grandma.
